Inaugural Head Girls' Dinner 2022

What a magical evening on Wednesday 21 September when 26 Head Girls, 4 Principals and members of the AGGS Foundation got together for the first ever Head Girls Dinner hosted by the AGGS Foundations. We were honoured to have Bev Stanic (nee Clifton) join us, she was Head Girl in 1952 and then on down the line to our very own 2022 co- Head Girls, Kayla Jackson-Shaw and Husna Nazari. Chanel Clarke, Head Girl in 1991 came down from Whangarei, Bev Smith Head Girl in 1976 from Whanagaparoa. Nadya Robinson co Head Girl in 1998 just back from the Netherlands was there too. She brought along a photo and flowers so that her other co Head-Girl Deborah Fa'ai'uaso, who sadly drowned in 2018, was with us in spirit. We were thrilled to hear all the wonderful careers that our Head Girls have gone onto forge for themselves as Doctors, Lawyers, Engineers, Teachers, Film Makers, Nurses, Managers, Mothers, Scientists and the list goes on. |
