2024 AGGS USA Odyssey

In 2024 continuing a long AGGS tradition of a biennial trip to the USA 44 students and five teachers spent a very busy two weeks in April visiting the sights of New York - Central Park, the World Trade Centre, Metropolitan Museum of Modern Art, Times Square and a visit to New York wouldn't be complete without watching a New York Mets Baseball Game. From New York it was onto Washington DC and among other activities, visits to the Whitehouse, the Dr Martin Luther King memorial, the Natural History Museum, the African American Museum of History and Culture and the Air and Space Museum - whew - very knowledgable girls. The last few days were spent, as they say, doing LA, Disney Land and Universal Studios being top of the list. Teachers report that the girls were amazing! |
